At PepGenics, we understand that research timelines are critical. We prioritize speed, accuracy, and transparency to ensure your laboratory assets arrive securely and on schedule. This policy outlines our rigorous handling procedures and commitment to delivering authenticated materials.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. To ensure the highest standards, shipments may be held briefly if a specific batch is undergoing final HPLC/MS quality control verification.
Same Day shipping if order is placed by 1pm, Eastern time, Monday-Friday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS Priority and FedEx to ensure the shortest possible transit time for lyophilized materials.

3. Temperature Sensitivity & Stability
Our peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which is highly stable during standard transit times, even in varying temperatures.

While we recommend immediate cold storage upon receipt, short-term exposure to ambient temperatures during transit does not compromise the integrity of the research compound.

For an additional fee, Cold-Pack Shipping may be available at checkout for sensitive compounds.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Address Accuracy

The researcher is responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PepGenics Research LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once the carrier marks the item as "Delivered."

Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Damaged Items: If your vials arrive broken, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to USA and Canada.

Customs/Duties: The researcher is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Seizures: We are not responsible for packages seized by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the import regulations of their specific country.
