Terms and Conditions of Research Asset Acquisition

1. Binding Agreement & Age Requirement

​

  • Agreement: By accessing this website and purchasing products from PepGenics Research LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from this site.

 

  • Qualified Researcher Status: By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional purchaser capable of safely handling these substances.

2. Research Use Only (Strictly No Human Consumption)

 

  • Regulatory Status: All products are not FDA-approved and are not classified as drugs, supplements, food additives, or cosmetics.

​

  • Non-Pharmaceutical Application: PepGenics is not a 501(c)(3) or a pharmaceutical manufacturer; assets are for in vitro laboratory research only.

​

  • Consumption Prohibition: Products are strictly not for human or animal consumption, nor for the diagnosis, cure, or treatment of any disease.

​

  • Handle Warranty: The Buyer affirms they possess the knowledge, training, and equipment necessary for safe handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals.

3. Buyer Responsibility & Liability

 

  • Full Responsibility: The Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the handling, use, storage, and disposal of products.

​

  • Safety Protocols: The Buyer is responsible for implementing safety/hygiene protocols and preventing unauthorized access or misuse.

​

  • Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PepGenics Research LLC, Great Research LLC, and Research Holding LLC from any claims or damages arising from misuse.

4. No Instruction or Usage Guidance

 

  • Zero Guidance Policy: We do not provide instructions, protocols, or guidance for dosing, reconstitution, or application.

 

  • Inquiry Refusal: Any inquiries regarding human or animal use will not be answered and may result in a permanent ban.

 

  • Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for social media content or reviews which may be inaccurate or unlawful.

 

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

 

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if misuse or non-compliance is suspected.

  • Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities and report confirmed misuse.

​

  • Fraud Policy: Unjustified chargebacks or "friendly fraud" will result in a permanent ban and reporting to merchant blacklists.

6. Logistics, Sales & Integrity

​

  • Purity Guarantee: We guarantee purity via HPLC/MS analysis, but make no claims regarding the specific outcome of your research.

​

  • Return Policy: To maintain the Authenticated integrity of our lab-grade stock, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

​

  • International Shipping: The researcher is responsible for all regional customs, taxes, or seizures.

​​

  • Reconstitution Dynamics & Molecular Integrity: The Company guarantees the raw purity and identity of all lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) testing prior to shipment. Once the vacuum-sealed vial membrane is punctured and a reconstitution solvent (including but not limited to bacteriostatic water or sterile saline) is introduced, the molecular integrity of the compound becomes entirely dependent on user handling. The Company makes no warranties and accepts zero liability for compounds that undergo hydrophobic aggregation, precipitation, gelation, or degradation post-reconstitution. Physical changes in the solution—such as cloudiness or gelling—are recognized industry markers of mechanical shear stress, improper liquid velocity, temperature shock, or solvent pH variances introduced by the researcher, and do not constitute a product defect or grounds for a refund, replacement, or chargeback.

7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

​

  • Ownership: All website content, graphics, and images are owned by PepGenics Research LLC.

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, and disputes shall be resolved in the State of Ohio.
