Laboratory Proficiency & Asset Stewardship: PepGenics Research LLC strictly limits the acquisition of its catalog to qualified institutional and independent researchers who possess the requisite training, laboratory equipment, and technical proficiency necessary to manage high-purity biochemical assets. The buyer acknowledges that all compounds are delivered exclusively in a stable, lyophilized state. Compliance standards dictate that once a research material leaves the custody of our facility, its ongoing molecular stability, solubility, and structural integrity are completely dependent on the researcher’s handling protocols, sterilization techniques, and reconstitution mechanics. Mechanical or chemical degradation introduced post-delivery—including but not limited to structural shear stress, physical precipitation, or solution gelation caused by improper solvent velocity, pH variances, or temperature shock—constitutes a failure of safe laboratory compliance by the researcher. The Company maintains zero operational liability for assets altered, destabilized, or damaged due to a lack of handling proficiency.
