Return & Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds and the strict temperature and light-controlled storage requirements, all sales are final. * Once a shipment has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
-
This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and purity of our catalog for all researchers; we cannot "re-sell" a returned compound as its stability cannot be verified once it has left our possession.
2. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging our research vials. However, if your order arrives damaged or is missing items, we will rectify the situation immediately.
-
Notification Period: You must report any damage or shortages within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
-
Required Evidence: Please email PepGenics Research LLC with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged vials and the original shipping packaging.
-
Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the damaged items at no additional cost to the researcher.
3. Order Cancellations
-
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet reached the "Fulfilled" or "Shipped" status.
-
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is in the hands of the carrier and can no longer be canceled or intercepted.
4. Shipment Issues (Carrier & Customs)
-
Domestic: If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and potentially reship the research materials.
-
International: Researchers are responsible for ensuring that the imported compounds comply with their local and national laws. PepGenics Research LLC is not responsible for items seized by customs or delayed due to international postal regulations.
5. Product Potency, Gelling, & Research Results
We guarantee the identity and purity (minimum 98-99%) of our peptides as verified by independent HPLC/MS analysis. However, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements based on "unsatisfactory research results" or user-induced physical alteration of the compound.
-
Reconstitution & Gelation Notice: Research outcomes and solution stability are entirely dependent on various external factors including laboratory environment, equipment calibration, and reconstitution technique. Once a vacuum-sealed vial membrane is punctured and a solvent is introduced, the molecular integrity is entirely in the hands of the researcher. Physical changes in the solution post-reconstitution—including cloudiness, precipitation, or gelation (turning to gel)—are verified industry markers of mechanical shear stress (e.g., forcing liquid directly onto the powder cake), violent agitation/shaking, temperature shock, or solvent pH variances. These physical states represent user-induced structural damage to the molecule and do not constitute a product defect, a lack of purity, or grounds for a refund or replacement.
